How can I overcome the fear of failure?

I used to wonder about this a lot, and now I’m happy to say I’ve found a real solution. I’m glad I can share it here, and I hope it helps you as much as it helped me.

Before, I tried to find answers outside of myself — like reading books about controlling my mind or getting advice from others. Those things gave me some comfort at the time, but they didn’t get rid of my fear for good.

Through meditation, I was able to face and let go of the fear inside me.

What I did in meditation was look deeply into my mind and clear it out.

As I reflected, I realized that all my fears were created by my own mind. They didn’t come from outside. I was holding on to memories of failure from things like relationships, studies, or performances. Even though I thought I’d forgotten them, those memories, emotions, and fears were still in my mind like unhealed wounds.

Because of this, it was hard for me to move past the fear of failure.

But by using the meditation method, I began to let go of the events that caused me fear. As I did, the related fears and emotions started to disappear, too.

As my mind cleared, I noticed real changes in how I acted. Situations that used to scare me didn’t bother me as much anymore. Meditation gave me freedom from fears I couldn’t control before.

There are some famous quotes I like:
“You learn from your mistakes.” “Every failure is a stepping stone to success.”
These sayings are true, but honestly, they didn’t help me change much before. Now, it’s easier to actually follow their advice.
