Running a small business is tough. There are so many things to worry about, and sleep is often the first thing that gets sacrificed when you’re trying to manage it all.
I didn’t think about how important sleep was until my relationships started to suffer, and I even began falling asleep during important meetings. I was beyond exhausted and completely burned out, and it was getting harder to hide it. To make things worse, my health was also failing. My immune system was so weak that I got sick almost every month.
Even when I did fall asleep, I would wake up in the middle of the night and couldn’t get back to sleep. I felt like if I slept more, I’d lose my business. But if I didn’t sleep, I’d lose my friends, family, and employees.
I didn’t know what to do.
Luckily, a friend reached out and told me about a meditation practice that had helped her through a tough time. She said it helped her both mentally and physically, so I decided to try it.
I have to say, this meditation saved me. I was in a desperate place and was close to losing everything. But thanks to this practice, I was able to fix my relationships and keep my business going. Now, I sleep so well that I tell everyone I know to try this meditation.
I never thought my life could change so much. Today, my life is balanced, and I’m happier and more successful than ever before.
