I started meditating a month ago because I felt stuck and wanted a better way to handle stress and anxiety. Since then, meditation has made a huge difference in my life.
I feel much more calm now, and my anxiety and stress are a lot lower and easier to manage. I’ve also started drinking and smoking less. I was trying to make these changes before, but meditation has helped me stick with them.
I’m still at the beginning of my meditation journey and have a long way to go, but this place has given me so much support and guidance.
