At first, I found it easy to clear away the immediate thoughts that came to my mind. These thoughts bothered me, but they were just surface-level. As time passed, I struggled more with getting rid of the heavier “clouds” in my mind, like depression, feelings of inferiority, guilt, social anxiety, and even suicidal thoughts. I had trouble following the method, so I kept asking questions.
Fortunately, I had some great instructors who guided me through those difficult times. I can’t find the words to express how grateful I am for being able to remove these dark clouds through this method.
I also want to thank all the instructors who were so patient with me and allowed me to go through this process at my own pace. My mind feels completely different now, and I am so much more positive. Thank you so much!
