I Finally Said Goodbye to My Insomnia—For Good

I used to struggle with falling asleep and staying asleep, but ever since I started meditating a year ago, my insomnia is a thing of the past. I don’t have nightmares anymore, and I sleep so well now that I sometimes even oversleep!
My life feels balanced, and I’ve completely let go of my insomnia. It’s been a total game changer.
