We will contact you to schedule your first session. A zoom link will be provided for online meditation classes.
A meditation instructor will guide you step by step in the zoom session.
We use the visualization technique. We will teach you how to recall your remembered thoughts which are stressors and release them away.
You can meditate via Zoom video call. It has the same benefits as an in-person guided meditation class.
It’s a group meditation (Virtual group meditation or in-person class) basically but we will guide you privately in the beginning of the meditation program.
